The Golden Globes are one of the most prestigious film and television awards of the year, bringing America’s finest celebrity talent together in one magical evening. This week’s Golden Globes were as fabulous as always. Our favourite celebrities strolled the red carpet wearing the hottest new trends, but as usual there are a few standouts. My top ten picks are below!

Emma Stone

Emma dominated both the awards and the red carpet, winning Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy and standing out from the crowd of other glamorous celebs in a gorgeous Valentino Haute Coutoure gown. What girl doesn’t love sparkles?

Viola Davis

Wearing a yellow Michael Kors Collection dress, Viola is stunning. The gown is perfectly fitted to her figure, highlighting her curves and slim waist, and the clutch is a classy addition.

Kristen Bell

Kristen Bell is elegant and sexy in this striking piece by Jenny Packham. Black is always in style, and Kristen complements her dress perfectly with matching nails, a simple clutch and gorgeous jewellery.

Anna Kendrick

Choosing grey is a bold option, but Anna pulls it off. This Greek-inspired Vionnet gown accentuates her slim waist, and the delicate earrings and bracelet go perfectly. I love the deep red lips – you can’t go wrong with red lips, ladies!

Brie Larson

Red is always sexy, and Brie’s strapless Rodarte dress is just that. The sweetheart neckline is flattering and feminine, while the sequins and ruching add texture. Brie’s soft curls complete this classic and effective look.

Sienna’s outfit is probably my pick of the night. The white Michael Kors dress is classy and shows off her great tan, and the Tiffany & Co. jewellery makes a beautiful accompaniment. With a simple ponytail and edgy cutout detailing, Sienna is radiant.

Donald Glover

Actor and musician Donald Glover shows that the men can be just as fashionable as the ladies. The Best Actor in a TV Comedy winner is handsome and on-trend in a velvet Gucci tuxedo and Christian Louboutin shoes. The bow tie adds just the right amount of fun and flair to Donald’s outfit.

Millie Bobby Brown

Everyone’s favourite young actress gave her older companions a run for their money on the red carpet. The ‘Stranger Things’ star was tres adorable in a soft pink Jenny Packham dress with silver heels. With her short hair slicked back, Millie was the picture of style.

Amber Heard

Blonde beauty Amber Heard wows in this flowing Gucci gown. With rose colouring and floral detailing, the dress is feminine and soft. Amber’s swept back hair and red lips finish this elegant look.

Ryan Gosling

Hollywood dreamboat Ryan Gosling is classicly handsome in a custom black and white tuxedo by Gucci. The rose and bow tie are elegant additions to a handsome outfit, and he completes the look with a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes.
