Returns Policy

If you happen to change your mind and want to change your purchase this can be exchanged for another item within 7 days. These items must be in new condition i.e. tags still attached, unworn and no marks or stains. Items that are returned that are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Shipping charges for returns to angelastone.co.nz for change of mind purchases will be at the cost of the customer.

Refunds will not be given for change of mind purchases.

This policy also applies to the courses that are available to purchase through www.angelastone.co.nz; the Fashion Stylist Course and Teenage Styling Course. All deposits and payments that are paid by a customer to secure their place on a course are non-refundable in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Sale items cannot be returned for exchanges. All sale items are final.



If your item is faulty or damaged, angelastone.co.nz will meet their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please email info@angelastone.co.nz and a representative will be in touch within 24 hours.
