CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or change the order.
If you have any additional questions regarding your order, please email info@angelastone.co.nz and a representative will answer you within 24 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

Angelastone.co.nz accepts all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.
If you would prefer to pay via direct debit, please email info@angelastone.co.nz for more information.
Angelastone.co.nz does not accept cheques.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Special offers will be made available occasionally to our customers in the form of a promotional code. In order for the offer to be valid on your order, the code must be entered during the checkout process in the ‘discount code’ box. Codes cannot be added after you have confirmed your order, so please ensure you have entered the code and applied it to your total to receive your discount.

GOODS AND SERVICES SALES TAX (GST)

All retail prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST. No extra cost will be applied at checkout.

For international orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. Angelastone.co.nz is not responsible for custom duty charges.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once your order has been processed and finalised, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that HQ has received your order.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an updated email with a tracking code so you can monitor its progress on the way to you.
