The APPLE Shape (the O shape)

Apple (The O Shape)

You have: Beautiful curves like Jade Jagger, Drew Barrymore and Kate Winslet.

Apple shaped girls are defined by curve's and their width. Characteristics are a full bust, waist, upper back and are full around the middle. Apples do have the most amazing legs.

For you it's all about accentuating the positives - like your killer legs and bringing balance to your shape as a whole.

Create a waist with wrap around tops & dresses, hip belts and tailored nipped in waist jackets.

Darker colours and more matte or basic fabrics on top can help minimise and create a slim torso.

Empire line dresses will create balance and will disguise any areas you want to hide.

Necklines that will flatter your figure are v-neck, square neck and low scooped neckline. Never wear a neckline up to your chin with cut away arms.

Skinny legged jeans, leggings and pencil skirts will show off your gorgeous legs.

Flowing tunic style tops with fitted singlets underneath camouflage the full O shape.
